How to make convenient notifications?

The admin panel has a function for receiving new applications on the site. What is the best way to notify employees that a new application has appeared?
It would be possible to just show notifications in the gui, but the problem is that there is no special employee for the panel, everything is done by the employees themselves (who still have responsibilities).
I thought about an audio notification, but I don’t know how convenient it will be - it’s quite noisy in the production workshop very often, no one will hear.
There are two workstations with access to the admin panel: in the administrative part of one workshop and in the administrative part of another.
Your ideas? Send SMS about new orders via SMS-gate? Few people carry phones with them in overalls.
I also thought about hanging a TV in each workshop and showing alerts there (and the rest of the time information on current work)

it’s easier to push everything, EVERYWHERE, to phones, to the browser,
but also working out / removing / after the assay on a specific one
, then the boss sees that they haven’t raked it, and everyone else

We don't know how it works for you. It might actually be a TV. Maybe a digital scoreboard with a raw counter, or just a blinking light on an arduino. Maybe all this at once, and also a notification on the phone, and a steam whistle.
Can you describe the task in more detail?
