How to set the order (priority) of tags assigned to a post in Wordpress?

Hello. When assigning tags to a post, Wordpress by default arranges them in alphabetical order, and plugins for displaying related posts are oriented to tags and the priority of this orientation also depends on the order of these tags. For example, a post is assigned tags: a_tag (relevance 10%), b_tag (relevance 55%), c_tag (relevance 90%).
WordPress will arrange them in this order (alphabetically, not by relevance), which will result in related posts being displayed immediately by the first tag (the most irrelevant one), and if this tag has a lot of posts, they will take the entire limit allotted for the number of displayed related records.
Are there any WordPress tools, plugins or anything else that can order (manually) tags by relevance?
