How to set the H1 tag for online store categories?

The site has been migrated to a new wordpress theme. previously it was on self-written and the woocommerce plugin was installed and worked incorrectly. Essence of the question: on all pages, the registered H1 tag corresponds to the page name, except for the pages of the product catalog. There any category and subcategory goes as H3. This is my first experience of creating and migrating a website. So it should be, or is it not true from the point of view of further optimization? If you need to make changes, please tell me how to do it. Thanks in advance for any replies.

The templates are located in the woocommerce/templates/ folder , each file has instructions on how to override it in a child theme. Also in most functions there are hooks and filters, better try to redefine parts of the templates through them
