Good day to all. The other day I purchased a KFA2 GTX 1650 with two fans. I took it specially with two, because I knew that with one card everything is quite noisy. As it turned out, this one is also noisy, but with two of its own.

I thought to reduce the speed in MSI AfterBurner, but it does not allow you to set the rotation speed to less than 40%. And at 40% the noise is quite unpleasant.

Google did not give results, therefore I turn to experts)

Just replace the firmware of the video card, and the firmware is the BIOS of the card, not the driver.
