How to set smtp password in Mozilla Thunderbird?
In Thunderbird, you cannot explicitly set an SMTP password. It can be deleted and when you try to send a letter, the program should ask for a password. I have deleted the SMTP password, but the new password is not requested. I reinstalled and installed the Russian version and the English one - the result is zero. Options - Security - Passwords - Show Passwords - only IMAP is. There is no SMTP and as if the program is not trying to work with it. Does not send, writes an error, but does not ask for a password. Anyone faced this?
