How to set Russian language when booting Kali Linux Live USB?

And how to make the system boot from USB immediately in Russian, otherwise when you change the language from the system settings, it hangs stupidly or the graphical shell falls ?!
I tried to write lang=ru_RU.UTF-8 or lang=ru_RU in - /grub/loopback.cfg , but it didn't work.
