How to set properties for section elements in Bitrix?

Hello, could you please tell me how to set the property of the elements in the infoblock section, so that the elements in different sections have different properties? Let's say in the "Employees" section, the elements have the "Position" property, and in the "Cases" section there is the "Task" property.
I tried to look at the section edit page, but there is no such thing.

Key point: it works only with trade catalogs.
