How to set prices for product plans
Good day, dear Khabrovites!
Please share your tips on how to correctly calculate the cost of tariff plans for a product or service.
What factors and criteria should be taken into account for pricing?
As I understand it, you need to take a nominal number of copies or paid accounts (for example, 100). And also take the amount from the expenses for
- maintenance of a sales manager, technical specialist,
- advertising budget for 100 copies,
- budget for expenses (office rent and Internet, etc., office size is determined by the capacity of staff to support 100 copies)
- and + percentage of the company's profits.
Then divide this amount by 100 and get the amount of the tariff plan.

Since you write correctly, but it doesn't work very well.
There is a market, there are competitors.
It is necessary for yourself to understand the answers to 2 questions: How much does the application of competitors cost? And how soon does it pay for itself?
To enter the market, you need to give customers either a competitive advantage for the same price, or savings.
Take the cost of a boxed competitor, add 30% and divide by 12 months. It is doubtful that they will pay more than this amount.
And finally compare the 2 sums.

Your question is strange. One gets the feeling that you have an unreleased product that you are going to sell right away, moreover, there was no market analysis from the very beginning :) Cool.
In general, look at how much competitors are asking, your price should correlate with them. At least it's okay :)
