How to set permissions in MS SQL via schema?

Good afternoon.
Question about MS SQL. There is a scheme, a role is created (the owner of the scheme), there is a user User1 in the role (there may be more users). How to set the rights for the user User1, and deny access to the user User2 (i.e. other users who are not in the role)?
