How to set permissions for uploading photos in Piwigo?

CMS Piwigo has functionality to create user groups and restrict access to albums. Is there any plugin that restricts uploading and deleting photos for groups of users? So that in the end it turned out like this:
Group # 1 - has the right to view photos only
Group # 2 - has the right to view and upload photos, create albums
Group # 3 - has the right to view, upload and delete photos, create and delete albums.
