How to set permalink settings?

Installed wordpress+woocommerce+plugins on localhost. Everything is working.
I decided to transfer it to the network - to VPS. Used the Duplicator plugin. Everything has been moved and works.
He enters the admin panel, pages are created, edited - everything is fine.
But on the site, clicking on any link - does not find the page (404).
Initially (it worked on localhost) Settings->Permalink Settings was Arbitrary /%category%/%postname%
But now it doesn't work on VPS. By the method of scientific poke, I found out that if you set Settings-> Permalink Settings Simple www.site.ru/?p=123, then everything will work.
Works? Well, okay. But, unfortunately, I needed the WP Super Cache plugin.
After installing it, it forcibly changes Settings->Permalink Settings to Arbitrarily /%category%/%postname%.html
As a result, after clicking on any link again, no pages are found.
And if you change it to Settings->Permalink Settings to Simple, then the plugin does not work.
How to set permalink settings? What's the matter here?
