How to set notepad++ to display pseudo graphics correctly?
regular notepad normally shows pseudo-graphics from all sorts of *.nfo with the Terminal font (by hand),
the ancient Bred2r could also automatically (but no longer pulls)
and the "fancy" smart notepad ++ cannot.
those. I broke my whole brain in its settings, but I can’t achieve those characters in n ++ that I see in a regular notepad with the terminal
ps font, in fairness, neither TS nor far could show this particular nfo humanly. but a notepad can do it!

Pseudo graphics are usually sharpened for a specific font, for specific viewing conditions, and not universal ones. For example, for a specific forum or site, or for a specific (popular) text editor. And what could be more popular than a notepad?
If we talk about the last century, then in text mode there was nothing but monospaced fonts. Hence your case was created later, so TC and Far can't handle it.
that's just the point that change of codings influences but does not help.
moreover, even in a notepad at the terminal, in order to get true graphics, I had to change the "non-unicode language" to the USA through the control panel,
and in other programs there are no such characters, only letters and signs.
Is there really no other way in the Russian OS to see what the citizens of the Pindos draw?
