How to set it all up?

Good afternoon.
The bottom line is to set up a bunch of Bind9 + dnsmasq + samba + openldap + iredmail. All this on the Debian server(s).
There was an idea to collect the stand, such analogue of M$ Exchange + M$ Active Directory. But, accordingly, with minimal license costs. For today, hardware for servers is much cheaper than the software that runs on it. Yes, experience too. I would like it to work in the following sequence: a user is created on the server, he is given a mail account. Bind9 gives out names to everyone on the network.
But here's the problem - I don't know which component to start with. Can you please tell me how to set it all up? I can handle the documentation myself: the main thing is the sequence of actions. Although any information in this matter will be glad. Since all this is planned to be deployed on virtual machines, please suggest the hardware configuration for virtual machines (RAM capacity, disk space, whether to do this combine on one virtual machine) for an estimated number of users on the network of about 20 people.
