How to set IP range in access list?

Good afternoon.
For access to a network from the outside access sheets on cisco are used.
For example, to access port 8880 with ip 123.123.123.123, the rule is used:
permit tcp host 123.123.123.123 any eq 8880 The
task was to make access to the IP range, I can’t figure out how to make the rule ..

@Amigo83

permit tcp 195.xx0 0.0.0.255 any eq 8880
This is how you add a subnet.

That's how it says here http:
//www.cisco.com/cisco/web/support/RU/9/92/920... In general, Cisco has a lot of configuration materials on its website.
