How to set field values in Grafana after transformation?

Given: the first day in Grafana - there is a link with Zabbix and several hosts with the same metric.
1) I get this metric with a request, I can set my field name to the result, depending on the host name => the content is displayed with the captions that I need:
Host1: counter, Host2: counter, ... I
apply the Range transformation, which brings the metrics from the series into one number => the number is now stored in a field named "Range", the name of the field is the same for each host, it is impossible to distinguish one from the other.
Range, Range, Range, ...
How do I return readable field names?
2) I would love to do this calculation in the body of the SQL query, but how can I correct it manually?
