How to set different shipping cost for different woocommerce product variations?

The store has only 2 items:
Item 1 - Free Shipping
Item 2
-- Variation 1 - Shipping $100
-- Variation 2 - Shipping $400
-- Variation 3 - Shipping $300
How to do this?
So that when adding to the cart for each product, its own fixed shipping cost is taken into account without the possibility of choosing another one.
