How to set default tools?

I work a lot with Photoshop, but I don’t know how to set up / save tools so that they start working with the same settings (by default). Note. the default font size of 300 is preserved, every time you create a text layer 300... , or the eternal brush with an interval of 25% is already starting to strain.

Hello, you can save the settings you need in Windows>Tool Presets. Then record the action using these settings (For the action to work correctly, you need to uncheck the Current Tool Only checkbox in Tool Presets). You can then add this action to File>Automate>Script Events Manager. There you can select the scenarios in which this action is launched (Start Application, New Document, etc.).
