The question is the following.
There is a self-written component, in the rules for processing addresses manually added the rule:
Condition: #^/afisha/#
When editing the page, this rule is deleted.
That is, when SEOs enter metadata through editing a page, the address processing rule is deleted and pages become inaccessible
. How to set CNC in the component itself?

xzdshr absolutely rightly noted that not every component can use CNC. Try adding this line to the component call: SEF_MODE = "Y" - it might help.
