I want to make it work without the last slash

Because the catalog of goods gives without a slash
domen.ru/catalog/category1
domen.ru/catalog/category2
domen.ru/product/product1
domen.ru/product/product2
But, at the same time, the top page of the catalog is given with a slash
domen. ru/catalog/

In Bitrix, the trailing slash is used by default. It is better to bring Infoblocks to this format.
#SITE_DIR#catalog/#SECTION_CODE#/
... #ELEMENT_CODE#/
Put a slash at the end everywhere.
