How to set a time limit for working with a program in excel?

When the program starts, a survey begins, you need to set a time limit for this program to work after launch for 45 minutes. After the time has elapsed, a dialog box with the results is displayed. How to do it? (Window with results is available)

It is very easy for those who know macros and VBA to do this: Create a test start variable - assign a value to it when the first question is shown, add a timer object - for regular checking, compare the variable with the current time, if more than 45 minutes have passed (time_in_minutes - variable_in_minutes > 45) then go to the end of the test. Also on the timer to update the field with time.
