How to set a subdomain without contacting ispmanager?

Hello guys. With coming.
In general, I faced such a task and I do not know exactly how to implement it correctly.
Purpose:
Have a CMS that will work ala website builder. The user will be able to choose the title, content, and more. The core will be one for all, only there will be a separate database for each user. Actually, and depending on the subdomain, CMS will determine which database to connect to the kernel at the moment.
Question:
Is there any way to do this without creating subdomains in the ispmanager control panel. Are there such ways? In which direction to dig?
Many thanks in advance for your answer, and again Happy New Year ;-)

@Sanes

If you have an entry point on the control CMS, and subdomains are like aliases, then in the settings of the control domain we will create subdomains automatically. The dns will be *.domain.com
