How to set a response delay from a DHCP server?
Good afternoon.
In one physical network has two subnets, and there are two dhcp servers.
How to set the response delay from the second dhcp server?

As an option, physically spread the servers further along the network (perhaps this will slightly increase the response time to DHCPREQUEST). In general, for such cases (for ISC DHCP) there is an option
that allows you to declare one of the servers NOT authoritative, that is, not responsible for a certain range in the serviced network. A non-authoritative server will take longer to send a DHCPNAK. Due to this behavior, the client will receive a new address with a delay.
