So, we decided that employees and guests of the company could use each of their logins.

Two WiFi networks are made on Mikrotiks, one for employees who must connect to the corporate network where printers and servers are, and the other is a guest network where there is only Internet with a speed limit, both employees and guests of the company can connect to it.

First question :
is it possible to separate connections to WiFi networks, for example, some users have access to one WiFi ADMINISTRACIYA
and others only to
WiFi_GUEST
And this is all on one Mikrotik

I tried to limit the number of connections by one login and password, but no success yet
Google found it, but everyone writes differently, set the simultaneous-use := 1 parameter in mysql per user, but still connects 2 or more

The task was to enable users to independently receive a password with a time limit, organized it all on Bitrix crm.
a) made a business process, made conditions where it is checked which employee requests a password and the password expiration date is set, for example, management and the IT department without limitation, but a reminder after 180 days, change the password, and for everyone else for 30 days.
b) the password is generated automatically

e) the password is only visible to the author of the document
