How to set a hotkey in Illustrator for the "Find Object" function?

Is it possible to set a hotkey for an item from the "layers" menu - "Find Object"?
Recently, I have to use it often, and I would like it to take less time.

And the second question: is it possible to select an object on the canvas and rename it with a hotkey as well?

All hotkeys are configured in Menu - Edit - Keyboard Shortcuts, but there is no such command.
But you can write a script or an action and put it on a hotkey.
You can use the same tactic to rename layers.
