How to set a delay when uploading files to FTP in phpStorm 8.0.1?

Good afternoon.
Tell me, is it possible in phpStorm 8.0.1 to somehow magically set a delay before uploading files to FTP?
The problem is the following. When using the Gulp SASS compiler, pressing Ctrl + S compiles the CSS file and at the same moment the storm uploads the modified files to FTP. but the problem is that the new CSS is not ready yet. That's why I want to set the FTP upload delay to at least 1s so that the storm is waiting for the gulp.
Or is there any other solution to this problem??
