How to set 5Ghz wi-fi priority over 2.4Ghz in Mikrotik?

I have a mikrotik hap ac lite router. It has a wonderful opportunity to use both 2.4 and 5GHz networks for wi-fi at the same time. Both adapters have the same SSID so that the devices themselves choose the priority option in terms of range.
The problem is that most of them will still diligently connect to 2.4 instead of 5, although they support 5. For example, both home iphones.
Is it possible to somehow prioritize the network from the 5GHz adapter to 2.4 from the Mikrotik side? in theory, iOS 11 should by default give priority to 5GHz, but still almost always clings to 2.4. Maybe you can somehow initiate the transfer of clients between adapters, or give priority to 5GHz when searching? Or such adjustments are possible only on the client? (on the laptop in the adapter there is a choice of network priority, 5GHz is configured there and it really tries to cling to the desired frequency)

No way. The decision about who to connect to is chosen by the client

I usually call the five "fast internet", and 2.4GHz - "slow internet" with the same password. When a person sees two such networks, he always chooses the right one)

The fact is that they can give priority to 2.4 due to a significant distance (low signal level) because the throughput of the 5 GHz channel is significantly less than 2.4. experiment close to the access point.

Set to 2.4Ghz power (TX power) lower than 5Ghz, for example 18 for 2.4 and 20 for 5

I think it's worth playing with access sheets. Check the signal level with the client and, if there is a strong signal in 5 GHz frequencies, slip a fast

is it possible to set up, say, a rule in the access list by specifying the poppy address of the client and connecting it only to a 5ghz adapter?
