But what would the data from them be recorded in the office on the registrar. There are 2 wi-fi routers 4g (World Vision 4g connect), one router (CPE 4g), POE switch (ai), 4 channel analog DVR (Partizan), 4 cameras 2mp (partizan), 2 cameras (Dahua). Well, the 32-channel Dahua DVR itself. We need to bring this whole mess together. Tell me how to be?

If the ip cameras and your reg can work with them - using the native protocol, onvif or writing an rtsp stream - no problem. Hang the cameras, give them access to the Internet, get an external ip from the provider and connect to the cameras.
If the cameras are analog, then connect them to an analog DVR, and then follow the same scheme, only you will need to connect to this reg via rtsp.
If your alhua can't eat camera ip or rtsp stream - change registrar
