How to separate a white logo from a dark background without losing quality?

In general, I think to separate it, and somehow translate it into a vector in order to make the quality normal

Cut along the contours with a magic stick or pen-tool. But you still have to tweak the handles.
Easy, but tedious.

Faster draw to vector for 300r on workzilla. In any case, you will come to this

Duck if you are going to separate and translate into a vector. Then why not immediately draw it in a vector according to the "stencil"? Well, or as comrades recommend, for a penny, order the drawing of this logo in a vector on any freelance sites.

the picture is small, it hurts, here you can’t get off with automation, most likely - you have to manually finish it, with any approach. However, try services to remove the background, such as https://www.remove.bg/ru

Well, I usually select with a pen and transfer to a new layer, you can still try a quick selection
