How to send SMS from goip to desired line?

I use GOIP, I decided to write my own script that sends SMS, the script opens a connection to GOIP and sends data via socket_sendto, I saw the solution here: https://github.com/dudumiquim/GOIP-PHP/blob/master...
Everything worked well, but SMS is always sent from the first line, I was looking for a solution all day, but nothing came of it))):
