How to send SMS from a prepared list using a smartphone?

Hello!
Given:
- Android 4.4.4 smartphone
- text file smslist.txt of the form Number;MessageText (the number is always the same, the message test is different)
- a computer (Windows 7) with the ability to connect a smartphone via USB or Wi-Fi
Task:
- send SMS according to the list from the smslist.txt file
SMS must be sent from a smartphone, through the network of the telecom operator. Not through third party services.
Ideally, this should be done using one smartphone, so I ask for help in finding software for Android. If you cannot do without connecting to a computer, then you need software for Windows

I did not find software for android, so I had to solve the problem using a computer.
Using adb, the driver connected the smartphone to the computer, then, using the script, automated the sending of messages
