Actually, subject. Is it possible to send push notifications to my phone without my own application?
I found a similar question on stackoverflow, they recommended looking at boxcar.io and https://pushover.net/
But I'm not sure that I correctly understood the whole point of the post due to my English.
The use case is an abstract bot on the server that monitors a certain site. When an event occurs, it sends a push message to the phone.
