What architecture and MTA to choose?
Usually a large mailing of letters takes me several hours, but then I came across a task where there is a limit on the speed of sending.

Weird. It takes me a maximum of half an hour to send out 25k letters on a regular server with postfix as MTA.

There is an experience of sending 180k letters in 2-3 hours. If desired, you can easily increase the quantity and reduce the time. Exim + sockets + several vps on the server.
