What is the best way to send mail from the site?

1. Raise a mail server on the server
   
2. Register a mailbox, for example, through Yandex mail for a domain of the form [email protected] and send through it
   
3. Use some third party service?
   

You need to send mail purely for registration and password recovery, no more than 100-200 letters per day.
The simplest is Yandex mail for a domain, but are there any downsides?

if not enough, and mailers will ban - then 3). From experience 2) 20-50 per day is still possible.
1) is not an option at all.
