How to send logs to Telegram bot?

Good afternoon! I wanted to ask for help on one issue ... In general, I'm currently running Debian on my smartphone and would like to be aware if some kind of failure occurs in the system and if it goes online, etc.

Who knows if there are simple bash scripts that can do like this?

What exactly do I need

- If a failure occurs in some kind of daemon so that a log is sent to me with a failure
- Notification if the system goes online (because sometimes wifi falls off, so I would like to know if it happens)

I can’t write such a script myself, because. I don't know bash very well, so I would like to ask the gurus for help in this matter if possible.

Thanks in advance!

What you want is called "monitoring". Quite a few open source solutions have been invented for it that can do everything you need - since, judging by the question, you are not ready to write scripts that implement such functionality on your own, this would be a logical decision.
PS - sending full logs instead of a short diagnostic message seems to me a dubious idea.
