Now we have come to a decision when a file is shared and a link is given to a folder, which is very convenient and economical in terms of reducing unnecessary mail traffic. is there any solution or plugin that creates a link that can be inserted into the letter (ideally by right clicking on the file) or some solutions inside desktop windows or inside outlook
