How to send links by mail within a domain network?

Colleagues tell me the solution.
There is a small company with MS Exchange inside. Mail is the main communication model within the company.
The company works with large files of 15 - 60 Mb, which are received by mail and must be sent within the campaign. Now we have come to a decision when a file is shared and a link is given to a folder, which is very convenient and economical in terms of reducing unnecessary mail traffic. is there any solution or plugin that creates a link that can be inserted into the letter (ideally by right clicking on the file) or some solutions inside desktop windows or inside outlook

It's just like little kids. Shared folders are mounted for everyone with one "letter"? Do the file paths match?
Write an arbitrary word, select it, the "insert" menu, there is a "hyperlink", go to the file and specify it. No scripts, simple actions from the "next - next - done" series. If users are not stubborn and not stubborn, they will learn easily and naturally, they showed it once or twice and that's it.

So we live right now, the problem is when there are spaces in the path and Russian characters. But I don't need a folder, but a specific file.
