How to send https request back?

Scheme - network users - my dns server - proxy on Nginx web
It is necessary that httpS requests are filtered out at some point, or that they are taken from the second dns server.
This is something like the distribution of traffic in the enterprise should work.

DNS fundamentally doesn’t care what protocol the request is under, its task is to convert names, weed them out as easy as shelling pears, we prohibit port 443 on the firewall and that’s it, in 99% of cases this will help. You can also set different rules for working with http and https for the proxy, there is not enough data for the task. What does traffic distribution mean? Http through one channel, https through another? So it is solved by rules of a forwarding of ports.
