How to send data from android app to php?

Such a question is required from the application on Android, send data (e-mail, pass) to the server (PHP). There, this data is received and sent to another server in LDAP, from there the user's first and last names are returned, and the Boolean variable True back to my server, all this must be caught in the application and transferred to another activity. The question is, what is better to read in order to understand how it is possible to implement all this?
