How to send command to console in Webstorm via hotkey?

I need to send a command to the console to start building a javascript application. There is a Run console and there is just a Terminal console. I still do not understand why I need Run. I want to configure that a long command is sent to the Terminal console when a hot key is pressed. How to do it?
