How to send an attachment?

My VK bot receives a message with a video/image/music and I want to send this attachment to another dialog. I turn attachment into a string and add messages.send to the parameters when requesting messages.send But not all files are inserted in this way (it seems to me that they are hidden, but I add access_key) Even a screenshot sent to a conversation cannot be thrown into the same conversation by the bot .
