How to send all messages from a VKontakte conversation in live time?

Good afternoon!
Faced the following question - there is a certain application on its server, which has a chat on websockets.
I would like to somehow combine it with the created conversation in VK - i.e. messages that are written in a conversation and that are written on the application server are forwarded to each other.
If it’s more or less clear with sending messages from the server, I haven’t found it yet, is it possible to immediately send messages from a VK conversation?
