Hello, such a problem, I receive documents from some users and write their url to the database, and then I need to issue these links to him at the request of a user, the problem is that if I upload documents from one account, and on the other I receive I'm trying to link with mob. phone to open the link, the document does not open. The documentation also says about access_key if you will forward this document to other users, tried to url before adding it to the database, add at the end & access_key = the key is added, but this did not help, what can be done?

I didn't quite understand the question. Files are sent to you in messages, and you want to use these files from a different id?
If so, then this task cannot be solved so simply, because the files from the dialog are available only to the participants in this dialog.
There are two solutions:
1. Remember dialog id and message id and send messages with files (There is no anonymity and there will be multi-storey).
