How to send a message to the chat using bitrix24 api?

The task is to send a message to the general chat in bitrix24. Went to read api. Sending to the user is (im.notify). Sending to the live feed is (log.blogpost.add). But I did not see the sending to the general chat.
Really there is no opportunity to send the message in the general hour by means of APi?
