There was a problem when working with TDLib, namely with the method - messages.sendMessage
If the chat without a short link is @testcgroup, and with id - g000000000, then everything works fine.
If the chat becomes public and a short link appears - @testcgroup, then the group id no longer sends a message and displays an error

CHAT_ID_INVALID

.
You cannot send a message to @, because it only accepts int

messages.sentMessage#d1f4d35c id:int date:int pts:int seq:int = messages.SentMessage;

Maybe someone faced this problem?

for groups in the telegram ID starts with a minus
