How to send a chain of emails to new wordpress users?

Hello! There is a site with regularly registered users (the role of subscribers). There was a need to send each new user a chain of letters - 3 letters at certain intervals. What plugin can do this? I tried mailpoet 3, but I don’t see any chains there, and there is no auto-confirmation of new users, you have to sign each one manually.

In my opinion, it is better to use integration with some mailing service.
For example, SendinBlue, where you can send 300 emails a day on a free plan and there are no restrictions on subscribers.
