How to send a calculated value a message to the mail in zabbix?

Good afternoon! I can’t understand if it is possible in zabbix to send the calculated value to the mail?

Example:
There is a trigger that calculates free disk space.
{Template Module Windows HardDisks for Zabbix agent:vfs.fs.size[{#FSNAME},total].last()}-{Template Module Windows HardDisks for Zabbix agent:vfs.fs.size[{#FSNAME},used] .last()}<20G

It is necessary to send a calculated value to the mail (which is configured in 'Trigger actions').
That is, write in the body of the message template like {ITEM.LASTVALUE1}-{ITEM.LASTVALUE2} and the calculated value will be sent to the mail.

So I can't figure out how to do this. Well, or there is simply no such functionality in zabbix.

By the way, using this item it will be easier to build a trigger right away, here you have both a trigger condition and a ready value.
