How to send 100-1000 emails and not ruin your relationship with Google and other spam fighters?

There is a list of email recipients who definitely want to receive an email from me, so I'm definitely not a spammer, all that remains is to explain this to Google. How to send 100-1000 emails weekly and still not ruin your relationship with Google and other spam fighters?
I noticed that if you put 30-50 emails in bcc and send with gmail, then the recipients see these emails in the spam folder.
What am I doing wrong?
