How to sell clothes in an online store?

Hello! Having no background in the field of jurisprudence and law, I thought about launching an online clothing store. The lawyer is now preparing documents for the establishment of an LLC (foreign economic activity is planned, and several partners - therefore, an individual entrepreneur is not an option). However, just a sea of questions arose regarding how to actually work. I hope that there are people in the community who have encountered and solved similar problems.
Purchase of goods.
As far as I understand, in addition to the actual goods, I need to receive 4 papers from the supplier: 1) our sales contract, 2) waybill, 3) invoice, 4) product certificate. If I worked with Bosco or Comme des Garcons, then their manager would provide me with all the papers, for my part it would only be required to pay the invoice and accept the goods ... BUT.
I work with a number of suppliers from a neighboring country to Russia. And these suppliers sometimes do not even have any legal. devices (that is, they are individuals). To my question, "how to buy?", I get the same answer: "Well, we will send you a guide to Moscow." They say they do it with everyone. They don't have any certificates.
And hence the question - what should I do and how to act if I want to sell their goods through the checkout? After all, other Russian partners of these unfortunate suppliers somehow work? And these partners, according to my information, do not always represent Vkontakte groups, but also quite real offline points in Samara and Bryansk, for example.
Interested in all options, white gray and red, as they say.
I fully admit that I don’t see simple and elementary solutions due to a complete lack of experience. My level of awareness in these matters is zero.
Thanks in advance for all replies.

1. The contract of sale can be drawn up between a legal entity and an individual
2. A consignment note can be a regular exel document signed by the sender and recipient. Send them a sample and let them fill in the names, quantity of goods and price, or you can do it for them and sign it yourself (the tax will not look so thoroughly)
3. Invoice - only applies to legal entities - if you work with physicists - this one you do not need a document
4. If there is no legal entity, then most likely there is no certificate either. Do you need it for sites like Yandex Market? You turn to any company that deals with certification, send a couple of samples and they draw it up for you.
Do you want to sell through a physical cash desk or through payment systems on the site?
Based on your question, first of all, I advise you to talk with the suppliers themselves - are they ready to conclude agreements with legal entities? If there is no reliability, that your goods will arrive to you in full, not defective and there is no time, and accordingly, it is much easier for "scammers" to work with you on "their" terms. If yes, start by signing contracts with such counterparties.

Well, you've obviously come to the wrong place.
Personally, in such situations (when I don’t know anything and Google doesn’t give an answer), I find a person who is already doing this, and I ask him to explain everything to me. Naturally for money.
Here you need to do the same.

Make out the goods in the format that you produced it yourself. If the volumes are large, then hire a disabled person and optimize the tax burden. There are benefits for manufacturers now.
Hint: one is a sewing machine in Mordovia or a loft shop in the center of Moscow - no difference! Legally, you are a manufacturer.
