How to sell a ready-made it-project (software) or its share?

Good afternoon.
There is a large operating IT project for the food industry, which has a marketing foundation.
Please tell me on which Internet resources it would be possible to offer to consider options for a full acquisition (possible with a development team) or a share (in order to attract investment for further development) of this project.
The software is currently implemented in a number of large and medium-sized industries in Russia and the CIS countries, and also has an extensive database of potential customers.

As for the sale, in the first place, why do you want to sell it? Profit, investment or other reason?
If everything is fine with finances, then I recommend selling the share, what if in 2-3 years the product becomes insanely popular and you lose a big piece of profit?

You want to sell so that you don’t do it anymore or you want to raise capital for development. You know, there are two big differences.
- In the first case, I would look towards such sites.

- In the second case, it makes sense to start with venture investment funds.

Only personally. Normal investors who are interested in such specific things do not scour the Internet at all in search of where to swell their money.
Feel free to write to them yourself. Pay attention to yourself.

There was a moment when the driver was sold for 200k. Probably the seller is now biting his elbows. Moral: if the project works, it is better not to rush to sell. And so I can not advise anything. I myself recently launched my own small project with the specific purpose of selling (so to speak, a "network" of sites for free ads), but now I don’t know how to evaluate it all
