There is a live public in VK. Written by a person who wants to buy (account of the creator + the public itself) through a guarantor service (can you advise which one?).
Question: how to sell a public correctly if, according to the rules of VK, the sale of publics is prohibited. I am also interested in the legal / "tax" side of this issue.
Can someone share their experience?

As far as I know, in addition to the fact that the sale is prohibited by the rules of Vkontakte, there is a problem that the public cannot be alienated. In any case, the creator will remain an administrator, therefore, if you go against the rules of Vkontakte, then it will be possible to sell it only together with the account from which it was created, which is not always possible.
