How to select an element in Angular?

Hello !!!! Maybe my question will seem naive to you, but I just can’t figure out how to reach a specific element for me. For example, I click on the "A" button and when I click, I want to change the text in the "B" button, so this is how I can get to the "B" button when I click on the "A" button...

So I can increase val by 1 when clicked, but how specifically to get another element in order to change its text, well, or for some kind of manipulation with it
